Open-Branch Office (Form RE 8)
Branch Office applications are used to add a branch office to an already existing Real Estate Corporation, LLC, Partnership, or Sole Proprietorship.

APPLICATION: Complete the application by clicking on the "Online Services" link or the "Printable Application" link at the bottom of the page. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a sole proprietor broker requesting to open a branch office, you will have to complete the "Printable Application" below and submit with the fee to the department. You are unable to complete this request through the online services at this time. - FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the
application. Military veterans, their spouses and Florida National Guard
members may be eligible for a fee waiver, fee reimbursement, and/or fee
