POST LICENSE EDUCTAION COUSE APPROVAL (RE 18)
This application is for Real Estate Schools or Real Estate Course Sponsors who would like to offer Post License Education to Real Estate professionals.

REQUIREMENTS: Schools and providers must submit with
the initial application for a distance education course a timed outline, course
objectives, course materials and final exams as stated in Florida
Administrative Code 3.020. Application for Live Streaming must also contain
a description of the platform the course is using to deliver the course.
Schools and providers must submit with the initial application for classroom
education course a timed outline, course objectives and course materials as
stated in Florida Administrative Code 3.020. In addition, Providers must
also submit the DBPR 20 form for each instructor that is going to be teaching
the course.
FEE: Real Estate Schools: No Fee Course Sponsors: $80.00
