Continuing Education Provider Approval (LA BET 1)
This application is used by individuals or companies that would like board approval to offer continuing education courses to licensed landscape architects. The individual or company is known as a provider.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: You must be a vendor of equipment material or software used in the practice of landscape architecture, an accredited education institution, a commercial educator, a government agency, a state or national professional association with the practice of landscape architecture or a landscape architect. This is not a complete listing of all requirements; please see the application's instruction page for complete information. - FEE: Submit fee of $250.00. Make check payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
