Real Estate Course Evaluation (RE18)
This application is used by Real Estate Schools and Real Estate Course Sponsors who would like to offer Continuing Education courses to Real Estate professionals.

REQUIREMENTS: Schools
and providers must submit with the initial application for a distance education
course a timed outline, course objectives, course materials and final exams as
stated in Florida Administrative Code 3.009.
Application for Live Streaming must also contain a description of the
platform the course is using to deliver the course. Schools and providers must submit with the
initial application for classroom education course a timed outline, course
objectives and course materials as stated in Florida Administrative Code
3.009. In addition, Providers must also
submit the DBPR 20 form for each instructor that is going to be teaching the
course.
FEE: There is not a fee for schools. The fee for course sponsors is $80.
