Community Association Manager - Pre-Licensure Provider (CAM 9)
This application is used to apply as a Community Association Manager pre-licensure provider. Applicant must meet the education requirements listed below.
Application Requirements:
EDUCATION: Applicant must have instructional experience and bachelors degree and two years of experience in the subject being taught or associates degree and four years experience in the subject being taught or six years of experience in subject being taught before you will become eligible for a pre-licensure provider.Instructional experience must be documented on instructor resume for and instructor to be approved.
COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE: Submit a sample copy of the course completion certificate your organization will distribute to each individual.
INSTRUCTOR LIST: Submit an instructor list.
FEE: Submit $250 with the application (payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation). If applying online, you can pay with a credit
card or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check
payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
