Education Provider Approval Application (BCAIB 5)
This applications is used by individuals or companies that are seeking approval as an education provider from the Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board.
Application Requirements: |

REQUIREMENTS: Instructor resumes
and a detailed course syllabus must be included. Also include a sample course completion certificate and instructor
resumes. Applications must be received at least 60 days in advance of a
board meeting for consideration by the board.
- FEE: Submit a $100 fee for provider registration
(payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation). If applying online, you can pay with a credit
card or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check
payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Government agencies pay no fee.
