LAWS, RULES, AND ETHICS PROGRAM COURSE (BCAIB 5)

This application is used by entities that would like to have their Laws Rules & Ethics courses reviewed and approved by the board.

Application Requirements:
 

  • REQUIREMENTS: Instructor resumes and a detailed course syllabus must be included. Applications must be received at least 60 days in advance of a board meeting for consideration by the board.

  • FEE: The fee for reviewing each laws, rules and ethics course approval application shall be $25.00 per one hundred (100) program hours, the minimum fee shall be $25.00, the maximum shall be $100.00. Government agencies providing laws, rules and ethics courses shall pay no fee for program registration.
