Asbestos Education Course Provider Application (ALU 7)

Individuals or companies who propose to be approved by the department as a continuing education provider use this application for approval to offer continuing education courses to licensed asbestos consultants and contractors. See the application instruction for detailed requirements and secondary documentation.

Application Requirements:
 
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: All providers must be approved by the department and meet the standards set forth by the Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan (MAP). Instructors must have successfully completed the course that they intend to instruct and must include their academic credentials and experience as part of their application.

  • FEE: There is no fee to be approved as an initial course provider.

  • APPLICATION: Complete the application by clicking on the "Printable Application" or by clicking on the “Apply Online” link at the bottom of the page.
