Promoter License
Complete this application if you wish to be licensed as a Promoter.

- AGE: Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
BUSINESS:
If applying as a business:
Ensure the business is registered with the Florida Department of State - Division of Corporations. In addition to submitting a promoter application, an officer application must be submitted by each officer of the business. There is no fee for an officer application. For a corporation, each officer of the corporation must submit an officer application. For a limited liability company (LLC), each member of the LLC must submit an officer application. For a partnership, each partner of the partnership must submit an officer application.
SECURITY:
A surety bond (or other security acceptable to the
Commission) in the amount of $15,000 must be submitted to the Commission. The name of the principal on the face of the
surety bond (or in whose name the security has been issued) must be the same as
the name in which the license is to be issued.
FEE:
Pay $250 non-refundable fee by credit card or
electronic check.
