APPRAISER COURSE EVALUATION (FREAB 20)

This application is for Schools and Providers who would like to offer Continuing Education Courses to Real Estate Appraiser Professionals.

Application Requirements:
 
  • REQUIREMENTS:  Schools and providers must submit with the initial application a timed outline, course objectives, and course materials as stated in Florida Administrative Code 61J1-4.003.  National USPAP courses must also demonstrate that you will be using Appraisal Qualification approved course materials and the course will be taught by an Appraisal Qualification Board Certified National USPAP Instructor. Distance Education Courses must also include IDECC approval with mandatory clock hours along with final exams as stated in the rule.  In addition Providers must also submit the DBPR FREAB 22 form for each instructor that is going to be teaching the course.


  • FEE: There is not a fee for schools.


    The fee for providers is $200.
