Licensure by Endorsement

This application is used by individuals who hold or have held a CPA license in another state or who have passed all four parts of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting Uniform CPA examination and wish to obtain a Florida CPA license.

Application Requirements:
 
  • APPLICATION: Complete the application by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
  • FEES: $300 non refundable fee is required with application.

  • EDUCATION: Official transcripts verifying completion of a baccalaureate degree and 150 semester hours of education from an accredited institution to include specific accounting and business courses.

  • INTERSTATE EXCHANGE INFORMATION: Please send the authorization form along with any required processing fees to each state board of accountancy in which you previously sat for the CPA exam and/or hold a license; even if the license is no longer active. Please check with your jurisdiction as some jurisdictions require you to request your Exam scores directly from NASBA.

  • EXPERIENCE: Submit Verification of Work Experience form to demonstrate one to five years of acceptable work experience.
