Apply for a New Transient Apartment License
Florida law requires owners of new public lodging establishments and new owners of existing establishments to obtain a license from the division before operating. The application process described below is for new Transient Apartment licenses.

Applying: For fastest turnaround apply online using the "Apply Online!" at the bottom of the page.
Human Trafficking: By January 1, 2021
lodging facilities are required to provide training for employees who
perform housekeeping duties in the rental units or who work at the front
desk or reception area where guests check in or check out. For more
