Auctioneer Initial License for Out-of-State applicants (Reciprocity/Endorsement) (AU 4153)
This form is used by individuals who are licensed by another state and wish to use the license to obtain a Florida Auctioneer license.

- OUT OF STATE LICENSE: The applicant must hold a valid license to practice as an auctioneer in another state that is approved by the Florida Board of Auctioneers.
- DEFINITIONS: Endorsement is licensure of individuals who hold a substantially equivalent license in another state and would like to become licensed in Florida based on their out-of-state license.
- FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the application. If applying online, you can pay with a credit card or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Military veterans, their spouses and Florida National Guard members may be eligible for a fee waiver, fee reimbursement, and/or fee discount.
