Apply for a New Seating Establishment License (Plan Review has been Approved)
Florida law requires owners of new public food service and new owners of existing establishments to obtain a license from the division before operating. The application below is for a new Seating Food Service Establishment license only.

Seating Food Service Application: You are on track to apply for a New Seating Food Service Establishment license without plan review. For more information about Seating licenses please review our Guide to Permanent Food Service page. It covers the licensing process, application requirements and includes tips to ensure your application is approved quickly. When ready, apply using the links at the bottom of the page. Applying: The option to apply for an initial food service license only becomes available once a plan review is approved. This License only application is found in the Linked License menu in your online account. For businesses with special circumstances (such as sharing a kitchen) a pdf application is available below.
