Apply For A New Catering License (No Plan Review)
Florida law requires owners of new public food service and new owners of existing establishments to obtain a license from the division before operating. The application below is for a new Catering Food Service Establishment license.

Catering License Application: You are on track to apply for a New Catering license without plan review. For more information about Catering licenses including shared kitchens and tips for ensuring your application is approved quickly please review our Guide to Catering page To qualify for this license you will need to meet one of the following requirements:
- Already have an approved plan review on file. If this is the case, apply online through the Linked License Menu in your online account
- Or you are sharing an already licensed DBPR kitchen. If this is the case use the pdf application below and note that you are "sharing" a licensed kitchen (include the license number)
For information on how to link a license to your account see either our video or guide on linking licenses. Note: Your establishment must be using a licensed DBPR food service facility or have already completed the plan review process for this application to be approved. If you are sharing a DBPR licensed kitchen please use the Printable Application Package linked below and mark Caterer using existing H&R licensed kitchen, include the license number.
