Cruise Ships (PVP)

This license permits the consumption of alcohol on passenger vessels engaged exclusively in foreign commerce with cabin berth capacity for at least 75 passengers. Consumption on board only.

Application Requirements:
 
  • DISCLAIMER: Applicants may be required to provide some or all of the following (any additional requirements are listed in the form instructions):

  • FEE: Pay $1,100 full fee for applications filed between October 1 and March 31 or $550 half year fee for applications filed between April 1 and September 30.

  • APPLICATION: Complete form DBPR ABT-6021 by clicking on "Printable Application" at the bottom of this page (detailed instructions included). If you already have a copy of the detailed instructions, you may prefer to obtain the form without the instructions in ABT-6021 PDF or ABT-6021 Word format.
  • SECRETARY OF STATE: Submit Secretary of State/Certificate of Status, if applicable.

  • FEIN: Submit Federal Employer's Identification Number (FEIN), if applicable.
  • SUBMIT APPLICATION:  Submit your application online via the Online Services link below, or alternatively, mail or hand deliver a printable application to one of our district offices.
