APPLICATION:
ABC Federal ID was not previously issued to applicant.
AGE:
Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
RESIDENCY:
Apply with
a Commission based on your residency.
Apply with the Florida Athletic Commission if applicant either: To contact other Commissions, click on following link for the Association
of Boxing Commissions website: https://www.abcboxing.com/contacts/
PROOF OF RESIDENCY:
Attach scanned copy of applicant''s government-issued
photo identification.
Examples of proof of Florida residency: Examples of proof of residency outside a U.S. Commission

Attach a recent high quality photo that is a clear image of
face of applicant. (The photo should be similar in style to a driver license
photo or a passport photo.)
FEE:
Pay $25 non-refundable fee by credit card or electronic
check.
PRO
DEBUT:
Complete Pro Debut Information Sheet and provide proof of
five (5) amateur competitions in the sport prior to competing in the
professional arena.
