Apply for a New MFDV or Hot Dog Cart License Only

Florida law requires owners of new public food service and new owners of existing establishments to obtain a license from the division before operating. The application below is for new MDFV or Hot Dog Cart licenses only.

Application Requirements:
  • Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle Application: To qualify for this application you must already have an approved plan review on file that is linked to your DBPR account. If this is the case apply through the Linked License Menu in your online account.

    - If you are purchasing a DBPR licensed (or recently licensed) cart or vehicle go back in the browser and apply using the Change of Ownership option.

    - If you are licensing a new vehicle but have not applied for plan review go back in the browser and apply using the License and Plan Review option.
