LAWS, RULES AND ETHICS EDUCATION PROVIDER (BCAIB 5)
This application is used by entities that would like board approval to be a provider of Laws, Rules and Ethics education courses.

REQUIREMENTS:
Instructor resumes and a detailed course syllabus must be included. Also
include a sample course completion certificate and instructor resumes.
Applications must be received at least 60 days in advance of a board meeting
for consideration by the board.

FEE: Course
providers registering with the Board who are registered with the Board to
provide continuing education courses under Chapter 61G19-9, F.A.C., shall pay
no fee for laws, rules and ethics course provider registration. All others
shall pay a fee of $100.00.
