Temporary/Permanent Extension of Premises (TXP)

Permits the temporary or permanent change of the license premises or the amending of a sketch.

Application Requirements:
 
  • DISCLAIMER: Applicants may be required to provide some or all of the following (any additional requirements are listed in the form instructions):
  • FEE: Pay $100 fee for a temporary extension. There is no fee for a permanent extension or for amending a sketch.
  • APPLICATION: Complete form DBPR ABT-6029 by clicking on "Printable Application" at the bottom of this page (detailed instructions included). If you already have a copy of the detailed instructions, you may prefer to obtain the form without the instructions in ABT-6029 PDF or ABT-6029 Word format.
  • SKETCH: Submit sketch of premises.
  • SUBMIT APPLICATION:  Submit your application to one of our district offices by mail, hand delivery or contact the local office to make an appointment.
