Initial Transit Station (RTS)
Authorizes a vendor in a railroad transit station to keep for sale and to sell beer, wine and liquor for consumption on the licensed premises and all areas within a railroad transit station and on passenger trains. The license may not be transferred to locations beyond the railroad transit station.

- FEE: The fee for a new temporary is 1/4 (25% = .25) of the license fee or $100 or whichever is greater. Pay $2,500 fee for the permanent license.

FINGERPRINTS: If applicable, In-State residents should visit the Florida Department of Law Enforcement''s web site to get a list of approved Livescan Device Vendors (a link to the provider list is available through the fingerprint FAQs ). You must be able to provide the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco''s Originating Agency Identifier Number (ORI#) which is FL920150Z. Out-of-State applicants must contact the division to obtain a fingerprint card.
