Cardroom Business License - Renewal

Florida Cardroom Business licenses shall have an effective date of July 1st and shall be valid for a period of three state fiscal years.

Application Requirements:
 
  • APPLICATION: DBPR PMW-3130 Business Occupational License Application form.

  • FEE: The license fee is $500 for a three-year license.

  • RELATED INDIVIDUALS: All Officers, Directors, Shareholders of 10 percent or more, and Managers of the business applying for licensure who require access to a Florida Cardroom must hold a current Florida Cardroom Employee Occupational License.

    Any Officers, Directors, Shareholders of 10 percent or more, and Managers of the business applying for licensure who do not require access to a Florida Cardroom must submit a completed Disclosure Form DBPR PMW-3140.
