Mold Assessor - Change of Status from Inactive to Active (MRS 0702)
For individuals that are currently licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, a change of status application is required if you wish to change your license status. You may reactivate your license if you have continued to renew your license every two years and demonstrate proof that you have complied with the continuing education requirement.

- EDUCATION: Provide proof of continuing education credit. Visit our website to view information regarding continuing education.
- INSURANCE: Applicants for a Mold Assessor license are required to attest that they have obtained general liability and errors and omissions insurance for both preliminary and post remediation mold assessment in the amount no less than $1 million dollars as determined by statute.
- FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the application, payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
