Certified General Appraiser - Change of Status-Become Active (FREAB 16)

For a Certified General to be active they must have a physical business address and firm name registered with the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate.

Application Requirements:
 

  • Become Active: Select the transaction to activate your license. You must provide a business name, address, and contact information for your license to become reactivated.
