License Verification
The purpose of this request is to receive a certified verification of licensure and/or examination scores. This certification will include the official seal of the Florida Board of Accountancy.
Application Requirements: |

APPLICATION: You
will need to submit the Interstate Exchange form from the state you are
applying for or a signed written request authorizing the Florida Board of
Accountancy to release your information. Your request should include the name
of the person you're requesting the information for, their license number (if applicable),
and the state they are applying to. FEE: $50.00 - MORE INFORMATION:
Submit your interstate exchange and/or signed written request, along with a
check or money order in the amount of $50, payable to Department of Business
and Professional Regulation, to: Department of Business and Professional Regulation, 2601
Blair Stone Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32399-1027.
