Apply for a New Non-seating Establishment License Only
Florida law requires owners of new public food service and new owners of existing establishments to obtain a license from the division before operating. The application below is for a new Non-seating Food Service Establishment license.

Applying: The option to apply for a food service license only becomes available once a plan review is approved. This License only application is found in the Linked License Menu in your online account.
