REQUIREMENTS:
> Instructors must provide a biography with qualifications
> Outline the course content and provide materials and/or publications
> Identify skills and/or knowledge taught in course
> Identify method of course, correspondence, internet, classroom, etc.
> Course content must build upon the basic knowledge of the profession
FEE:Submit the application fee of $25.
