Community Association Manager - Reapply From Null & Void Status (CAM 5)

This application is used for individuals that previously held a Community Association Manager (CAM) license and want to reinstate the previous license number.

Application Requirements:
 
  • PRE-LICENSURE EDUCATION: Submit a Prelicensure Education Certificate from an approved provider consisting of at least 18 hours of pre-licensure education.

  • FINGERPRINTS: An applicant must have a background check as part of the licensing process. To learn more about fingerprinting, please visit our fingerprint FAQs.

  • EXPLANATION OF HARDSHIP: Must demonstrate to the Department failure to renew was due to illness or economic hardship.
  • FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the application. Make check payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
