Railroads Master (IX) and Steamships/Buses/Airplanes Master (X)
These license categories permit passenger carriers to provide alcohol for consumption in the passenger carrier.

FEE: Pay $1,100 full fee for applications filed between October 1 and March 31 or $550 half year fee for applications filed between April 1 and September 30 for IX licenses and $2,500 full fee for applications filed between October 1 and March 31 or $1,250 half year fee for applications filed between April 1 and September 30 for X licenses.There are additional $25 fees for each steamship, bus or airplane.

FLIGHT ITINERARY: Submit a copy of flight itinerary for Airplane Master licenses.
FEIN: Submit Federal Employer's Identification Number (FEIN), if applicable.
