Architect - Reinstatement of a Null and Void License due to Hardship (AR-ID 3)
This application is used for individuals that would like to have their null and void license reinstated based on demonstrating a good-faith effort to renew their license but failed to renew based on an illness or economic hardship. If you are unable to demonstrate a hardship you may be eligible to regain licensure by an endorsement application.
Application Requirements:
EDUCATION:Submit proof of completing board approved continuing education.
HARDSHIP:Submit a statement and documentation demonstrating a good-faith effort to comply with renewal but failed to renew based on an illness or economic hardship that prevented renewal.
FEE:Pay the required fee as provided in the application. If applying online, you can pay with a credit card or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

at the bottom of the page.
Note: First time DBPR Online Services users will need
to create an account and then link existing license(s). Instructions and
additional information can be found by selecting "DBPR Online Services
Features and Steps" on the Main Menu. Returning users will need to make
sure their license is linked before proceeding.
