Ethics Course Renewal

This application is for Board of Accountancy approved ethics providers who would like to have their ethics course renewed with the Board of Accountancy.

Application Requirements:
 
  • PROVIDER APPLICATION: You must have submitted an ethics provider renewal application prior to submitting this application.
  • FEE: Submit a $250 non-refundable application fee.

  • COURSE DESCRIPTION: Submit a description of the ethics course.


  • COURSE MATERIALS: Submit all course materials, to include exams and answer keys.
  • ANTICIPATED LOCATIONS: Submit a list of anticipated locations and dates you plan to conduct the course (if applicable).
  • COURSE CURRICULUM: Submit a complete course curriculum (table of contents).
  • DESCRIPTION OF HOW COURSE WILL BE UPDATED: Submit a description of how applicant will update the course in response to rule or law changes.
  • DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS: Submit documentation that the ethics course instructors will notify the ethics provider of any disciplinary action taken against the instructor by the Board.
