Add/Remove PA, LLC, PL, or PLLC - Sales Associate or Broker Sales Associate (Form RE 16)
This transaction is used to add the PA, LLC, PL, or PLLC designation to the legal, licensed names of sales associates or broker associates.
PRIOR TO APPLICATION: Before the designation can be added to a license the designation has to be registered with the Department of State/Division of Corporations. Please visit their site for registration information.

FEE: The fee is $30 which can be paid either by personal check or money order.
