This transaction is used when a broker fails to complete post-licensing education by first renewal. It downgrades the null and void broker's license to a sales license.
Application Requirements:
APPLICATION: Complete the application by clicking on the "Printable Application" link at the bottom of the page.
EDUCATION: Required to complete 14 hour continuing education course within the six months following expiration of broker's license. This education must be submitted electronically to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation by an approved provider.
FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the
application. Military veterans, their spouses and Florida National Guard
members may be eligible for a fee waiver, fee reimbursement, and/or fee
