Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

Lo mein plastic bags being used to store fried shrimp. - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-01: Inspector still observed some single serve bags being reused to store food in walk in and freezer. **Time Extended**
22-02-4    Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting boards soiled on cook line. 51-16-7    Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Men's bathroom on plans being used for food storage, to include a freezer chest. Upon review of plans, plans do not reflect men's bathroom being changed to a food storage area. Operator will need to submit a new plan. - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-01: Freezer has been moved from men's bathroom to front of store. Explained to operator that they will still have to submit plans for freezer now being located in front of store dining area, or remove from restaurant. **Time Extended**
