Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

21-05-5    Basic - Cloth used as a food-contact surface. Observed cloth used as a food contact surface to place food products inside tandoori oven.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed white cutting board located across the cook line with cut marks and no longer cleanable.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler with broken door handle near cook line.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hood filters at the cook line soiled. Observed walk in cooler fan covers soiled. Observed reach in cooler located across the cook line soiled.
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed plastic containers at the dry rack station with old labels.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler containing cakes and desserts with soiled interior.
14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed reach in freezer located next to cook line with rusted shelves.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed walk in cooler with rust accumulation on shelves.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall behind the cook line and next to the cook line soiled.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed several squeeze bottles located at the cook line with no label.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shelled eggs inside the walk in cooler stored above milk. Operator moved eggs immediately. **Corrected On-Site**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener blade at prep table soiled.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand wash station near main entrance to kitchen. Operator restocked. **Corrected On-Site**
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed clear spray bottle in prep area with no label.
