Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Throughout kitchen.
21-05-5    Basic - Cloth used as a food-contact surface. Observed employee drop the ready to early food into a white cloth to move it to the plate ,spoke to the manager to educate and he immediately take an action.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Make table kitchen area .
12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drink top of make table . Operator discarded it . **Corrected On-Site**
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Bottom of make table door broken ,gasket torn at the walk-in freezer door . **Repeat Violation**
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Throughout kitchen.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed bags of iced stored on floor at the walk-in freezer .
36-62-4    Basic - Light not functioning. Multiple missing throughout kitchen.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Walk-in cooler shelves.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Food stored at the reach-in freezer not covered .
23-03-4    Basic - The hoods **Repeat Violation**
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Drawer under grill observed raw beef stored on bottom of raw chicken. **Corrected On-Site**
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. shredded beef (111F - Hot Holding) Operator stated that they forget to turn the hot table on and they reheat it to 165.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting board at kitchen.
22-31-4    Intermediate - Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Walk-in cooler shelves.
