Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed accumulation of brown like substance buildup on can opener blade. **Warning**
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. -Observed an uncovered container with dinner rolls at upstairs cookline. Operator discarded at will. **Warning**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. -Observed accumulation of black mold like substance buildup at wall behind 3 compartment sink. **Warning**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. -Observed an in-use wet wiping cloth in kitchen not stored in sanitizer solution between uses. Operator placed cloth in sanitizer solution. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. -Observed 2 badly dented cans with marinara sauce in dry storage, operator informed and stop sale issued. **Warning**

02C-03-5    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. -Observed no date marked on slice corn beef stored in reach in cooler. Per operator, meat was slice on 03/10/ 2025. **Warning**

02C-04-5    Intermediate - Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. -Observed cooked ribs transfer from freezer to walk in cooler from yesterday without date marked **Warning**
