Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-07-4    Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee engaged in food preparation with rubber bracelet.
51-13-4    Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided operator with choking poster.
14-55-4    Basic - Uncleanable knife block in use to store knives. Observed knives stored in wooden block..
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed throughout kitchen.
41-05-4    High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed household pesticide spray cans (4) stored near triple sink.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 1 roach crawling on and around front counter. Observed 1 roach crawling from front counter into kitchen.
53A-01-7    Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed Raimonde H. without proof of manager certificate.
05-08-4    Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. As per operator no probe thermometer at time of inspection.
