A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall.
Inside kitchen under rack used to store clean and sanitized dishes, a hole inside of wall filled with metal scrubbing pads. Discussed with operator to repair hole in wall. **Warning**
Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner.
In kitchen in plastic bin frozen chicken thawing in standing water, discussed with operator put under cold running water or thaw under refrigeration. **Warning**
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food.

High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found.
Approximately 3 rodent droppings in front lobby waiting area on floor.
Approximately 30 rodent droppings on floor under cases of sodas and single service to go boxes.
Approximately 10 rodent droppings next to bathroom on floor.
In kitchen Approximately 6 rodent droppings under food preparation table on floor.
In kitchen approximately 20 rodent droppings inside of mop sink.
In kitchen approximately 20 rodent droppings at front counter under counters and on floor.
In kitchen approximately 10 rodent droppings under clean and sanitized dish storage rack next to fryers.
