Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water on the floor next to dry storage area.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles next to to 3 compartment reach in cooler cracked/missing. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed bags of tortilla mix stored on the floor in the dry storage area.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in cooler and reach in freezer door gaskets soiled.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler shelves soiled. **Repeat Violation**
14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed reach in cooler shelves rusted. **Repeat Violation**
