Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed above the ice machine.
50-09-4    Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed the license being displayed expired on 10-01-2024.
13-07-4    Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed all three food handlers wearing bracelets and of rings. The manager had the employee remove their jewelry. **Corrected On-Site**
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed a few broken tiles by the triple sink.
10-14-5    Basic - Ice bucket stored not inverted between uses. The manager inverted it. **Corrected On-Site**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed above the ice machine.
12A-07-5    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed at the front counter.
22-43-4    High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for keeping towels. Observed the sanitizer buckets at 0.00 ppms quaternary. The manager emptied the buckets and refilled them with quaternary at 200 ppms. **Corrected On-Site**
29-28-4    Intermediate - Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Observed next to the ice machine. The manager put the date on the filters. **Corrected On-Site**
