Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed a coffee cup, plastic cup and a half empty water bottle on a preparation table
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed several cases of plastic water bottles stored on the floor at the bar.
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed paper cup, and plastic cups stored on the floor at the bar.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cream cheese (59F - Cold Holding); butter chips (59F - Cold Holding); at the buffet table. As per the cook the items were placed there approximately 1 hour ago. The cook cover the items with ice to cool them down. **Corrective Action Taken**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a red bowl in the sink. The cook removed it. **Corrected On-Site**
16-62-1    Intermediate - No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. **Repeat Violation**
