Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-01-5    Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food.there is a bowl with no handle inside a container of pinto beans. Operator removed the bowl. **Corrected On-Site**
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. The gasket on the left hand door of the reach in cooler in front of the triple sink and on both doors of the reach in cooler next to the steam table is damaged.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. There are utensils in 84F standing water in the steam table. Operator turned on the heat under the water bath. **Corrective Action Taken**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On the dry storage shelf furniture polish is stored with food and above clean utensils. Operator removed the furniture polish. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-05-4    Intermediate - Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. The paper towel dispenser by the triple sink does not dispense the paper towels.
