Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Spices and dry goods stored on floor inside three hot pepper paste containers located in back storage area. Three buckets of kimchi stored on floor inside walk-in cooler.
12B-13-4    Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Employee personal beverage store inside reach in cooler for salads located adjacent to rice cooker.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Bean sprouts and pot of soup not covered inside walk in cooler.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Multiple squeeze bottles with sauces, liquids, and spices are not labeled in establishment.
22-45-4    High Priority - Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Employee washed mixing bowls at three punk compartment sink, but did not sanitize after. Discussed with employee to sanitize all food contact surfaces after cleaning. Employee sanitize mixing bowls at time of inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
