Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

16-38-5    Basic - Inaccurate/damaged temperature and/or pressure gauge(s) on dishmachine. Observed gauges not working.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed Reach in cooler door handles soiled throughout kitchen area. Observed Handsink across cook line soiled.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall soiled by 3 compartment sink.
12A-07-5    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee placed gloves without washing hands first, instructed employee on proper method. Employee removed gloves and washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
50-17-3    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired on October 1,2025. Owner payed license while inspection is being conducted. **Corrected On-Site**
01C-03-4    Intermediate - Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served.
