Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee cell phone and back pack above clean dishes/utensils. Operator moved for proper storage. **Corrected On-Site**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed boxes of food stored on floor of freezer. Overworking on moving for proper storage. **Corrective Action Taken**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in reach in freezer on bar.
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken over raw beef and raw beef over raw pork in walk in cooler. Operator moved for proper storage. **Corrected On-Site**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottle of sanitizer stored hanging on rack facing clean pans. Operator moved for proper storage. **Corrected On-Site**
27-16-4    Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observes hot water turned off at hand wash sink located in portion of bar that is outside.
35A-15-4    Intermediate - Wild bird present inside establishment. Observed three wild birds inside dining/bar area of establishment. Operator removed birds. **Corrected On-Site**
