Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

01C-06-5    Basic - Clams/mussels/oysters removed from original container for long-term storage. Observed raw oysters removed from original container and placed in large bus tub in reach in cooler across from cook line.
24-05-4    Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed 2 ice buckets by ice machine stored not inverted. Person in charge inverted ice buckets. **Corrected On-Site**
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board with grooves and no longer smooth and easily cleanable hanging by three compartment sink.
01B-10-4    Basic - Dead shellfish and/or shellfish with broken shells. See stop sale. Observed 2 crates of dead crabs stored in walk-in cooler. Person in charge stated crabs were delivered night prior and left in walk-in cooler over night. Employee removed crabs and sifted through but found none alive.
12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee beverage stored on table across from fryer station.
08B-49-4    Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed multiple employee food items stored on top of and next to customer food items in walk-in freezer. Food items included box of raw croaker and raw duck.
24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed multiple plastic cups with visible signs of moisture and unable to air dry at server station.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed hole with visible light shingles through on side of exit door at end of restroom hallway.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed; soiled gaskets on walk-in cooler doors. Soiled back plates around nozzles on soda tower.
36-64-5    Basic - Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Observed objectionable odor in server area next to kitchen entrance. **Repeat Violation**
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed unlabeled container of white powdery substance stored at fryer station. Employee stated it was flour and labeled accordingly.
08A-02-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed opened box of raw duck stored over opened box of raw fish in walk-in freezer. Observed person in charge unable to provide proof of any state approved training. **Warning**
