Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-49-4    Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed an open bowl with salad stored inside reach in cooler.
10-08-5    Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop handle touching ice by front counter. Employee stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-09-4    High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee pick up a pen from the floor and proceed to put new gloves on. Coached employee to wash hands before put new gloves on.
03E-03-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety, commercially processed food reheating for hot holding not heated to a minimum temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit in all parts. Observed cheese sause (88F - Hot Holding) by front counter, as per employee less than 2 hours. Employee reheat product. Recheck; cheese sause (138°F- Reheating)
48-01-5    No current insurance inspector boiler report or boiler certificate available for boiler. For reporting purposes only. Certificate is expired, Boilers were inspected on 8/19/25 and awaiting reinspection.
