Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink on prep counter across from three compartment sink.
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Kitchen light fixture in front of door to dining area.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in reach-in cooler across from kitchen hand washing sink. Employee stated battery had been in counter waffle maker for three hours. Employee placed waffle batter in reach-in freezer to 41F. Manager stated going forward waffle batter would be held using time as a public health control. **Corrective Action Taken**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee purse stored on kitchen hand washing sink. Employee moved purse during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No soap or hand towels at kitchen hand washing sink. Employee provided soap and hand towels.
