Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed two employee drinks stored on top of their coffee machine. Operator removed them. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
29-20-5    Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Observe their ware washing hand sink draining very slowly.
36-50-4    Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed dust build up on the walk in freezer fan covers. **Repeat Violation**
12A-05-4    High Priority - Employee used tobacco, ate, or drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed and employee drinks stored on form their cup then proceed to go right back to work without washing their hands. Informed the operator of proper procedure.
41-18-4    High Priority - Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Observed their triple sink at 350ppm quaternary. Operator remade it to 200ppm. **Corrected On-Site**
